Section 17-608. LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANIES FILING FEES

    608.1The following fees shall be charged for filings by limited liability companies:

     

    (a) Certificate of organization: two hundred twenty dollars ($220);

     

    (b) Amendment or restatement of certificate of organization: two hundred twenty dollars ($220);

     

    (c) Documents or other filings related to signing and filing pursuant to judicial order: two hundred twenty dollars ($220);

     

    (d) Certificate of series of members, managers, or interests of limited liability company: two hundred twenty dollars ($220);

     

    (e) Statement of authority: two hundred twenty dollars ($220);

     

    (f) Statement of denial: two hundred twenty dollars ($220);

     

    (g) Statement of dissolution: two hundred twenty dollars ($220);

     

    (h) Filings required for merger: two hundred twenty dollars ($220);

     

    (i) Filings required for domestication: two hundred twenty dollars ($220);

     

    (j) Certificate of good standing or status certificates: fifty dollars ($50);

     

    (k) Certified copy of filing: fifty dollars ($50);

     

    (l) Biennial report: three hundred dollars ($300);

     

    (1) Late fee: an additional one hundred dollars ($100);

     

    (m) Reservation or transfer of name: fifty dollars ($50);

     

    (n) Registration or renewal of name: two hundred dollars ($200);

     

    (o) Change of registered agent by entity: fifty dollars ($50);

     

    (p) Change of name or address by noncommercial registered agent: fifty dollars ($50);

     

    (q) Foreign registration statement: two hundred twenty dollars ($220);

     

    (r) Amendment of foreign registration statement: two hundred twenty dollars ($220);

     

    (s) Withdrawal of registration of registered foreign entity: two hundred twenty dollars ($220);

     

    (t) Withdrawal on dissolution or conversion to non-filing entity other than limited liability partnership: two hundred twenty dollars ($220);

     

    (u) Transfer of registration reinstatement: three hundred dollars ($300);

     

    (v) Termination of registration reinstatement: three hundred dollars ($300);

     

    (w) Reinstatement after administrative dissolution: three hundred dollars ($300);

     

    (x) Statement of merger: two hundred twenty dollars ($220);

     

    (y) Amendment or abandonment of statement of merger: two hundred twenty dollars ($220);

     

    (z) Statement of interest exchange: two hundred twenty dollars ($220); and

     

    (aa) Amendment or abandonment of statement of interest exchange: two hundred twenty dollars ($220).
