Section 17-610. LIMITED COOPERATIVE ASSOCIATIONS FILING FEES

    610.1The following fees shall be charged for filings by limited cooperative associations:

     

    (a) Articles of organization: two hundred twenty dollars ($220);

     

    (1) If by a nonprofit: eighty dollars ($80);

     

    (b) Amendments to articles of organization: two hundred twenty dollars ($220);

     

    (1) If by a nonprofit: eighty dollars ($80);

     

    (c) Statement of dissolution: two hundred twenty dollars ($220);

     

    (1) If by a nonprofit: eighty dollars ($80);

     

    (d) Statement of termination: two hundred twenty dollars ($220);

     

    (1) If by a nonprofit: eighty dollars ($80);

     

    (e) Filing required for merger: two hundred twenty dollars ($220);

     

    (1) If by a nonprofit: eighty dollars ($80);

     

    (f) Certificate of good standing or status certificates: fifty dollars ($50);

     

    (1) If by a nonprofit: forty dollars ($40);

     

    (g) Certified copy of filed record: fifty dollars ($50);

     

    (1) If by a nonprofit: forty dollars ($40);

     

    (h) Biennial report: three hundred dollars ($300);

     

    (1) Late fee: an additional one hundred dollars ($100);

     

    (2) If by a nonprofit: eighty dollars ($80);

     

    (A) Late fee: an additional fifty dollars ($50);

     

    (i) Reservation or transfer of name: fifty dollars ($50);

     

    (1) If by a nonprofit: forty dollars ($40);

     

    (j) Registration or renewal of name: two hundred dollars ($200);

     

    (1) If by a nonprofit: one hundred fifty dollars ($150);

     

    (k) Change of registered agent by entity: fifty dollars ($50);

     

    (1) If by a nonprofit: forty dollars ($40);

     

    (l) Change of name or address by noncommercial registered agent: fifty dollars ($50);

     

    (1) If by a nonprofit: forty dollars ($40);

     

    (m) Foreign registration statement: two hundred twenty dollars ($220);

     

    (1) If by a nonprofit: eighty dollars ($80);

     

    (n) Amendment of foreign registration statement: two hundred twenty dollars ($220);

     

    (1) If by a nonprofit: eighty dollars ($80);

     

    (o) Withdrawal of registration of registered foreign entity: two hundred twenty dollars ($220);

     

    (1) If by a nonprofit: eighty dollars ($80);

     

    (p) Withdrawal on dissolution or conversion to non-filing entity other than limited liability partnership: two hundred twenty dollars ($220);

     

    (1) If by a nonprofit: eighty dollars ($80);

     

    (q) Transfer of registration: two hundred twenty dollars ($220);

     

    (1) If by a nonprofit: eighty dollars ($80);

     

    (r) Termination of registration reinstatement: three hundred dollars ($300);

     

    (1) If by a nonprofit: eighty dollars ($80);

     

    (s) Reinstatement after administrative dissolution: three hundred dollars ($300);

     

    (1) If by a nonprofit: eighty dollars ($80);

     

    (t) Statement of merger: two hundred twenty dollars ($220);

     

    (1) If by a nonprofit: eighty dollars ($80);

     

    (u) Amendment or abandonment of statement of merger: two hundred twenty dollars ($220);

     

    (1) If by a nonprofit: eighty dollars ($80);

     

    (v) Statement of interest exchange: two hundred twenty dollars ($220);

     

    (1) If by a nonprofit: eighty dollars ($80); and

     

    (w) Amendment or abandonment of statement of interest exchange: two hundred twenty dollars ($220);
