Section 17-6102. PERIODIC REVIEW OF WRITTEN INSTRUCTIONS

6102.1All written instructions and compliance with the written instructions for each program participant shall be reviewed and the review acknowledged in writing by the supervisory registered nurse at least once every thirty (30) days. The review shall consist of, at a minimum, a review of the medication administration record.
