Section 17-6212. CODE OF PROFESSIONAL CONDUCT

6212.1A licensee licensed under this chapter, an Administrator-in-Training Program (A.I.T.), or a student or graduate authorized to practice nursing home administration pursuant to 17 DCMR § 6211 shall adhere to the standards set forth in the “Code of Ethics” as published by the American College of Health Care Administrators.
