Section 17-6402. EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS

6402.1Except as otherwise provided in this subtitle, an applicant shall furnish proof satisfactory to the Board that the applicant has received a doctoral degree in optometry based upon completion of a program which was accredited at the time the degree was conferred by the Council on Optometric Education of the American Optometric Association in accordance with §504(h) of the Act, D.C. Code §2-3305.4(h) (1987 Supp.).

6402.2An applicant for a license shall submit with a completed application a certified transcript of the applicant's educational record and certificate of graduation.
