Section 17-6418. CONTINUING COMPETENCY

6418.1An optometrist who has met the requirements for licensure and has satisfied the requirement of completing thirty- six (36) hours of approved continuing education credit pursuant to 17 DCMR § 6406.4 is deemed competent to practice the profession of optometry.
