Section 17-708. REFUND OF ENTITY FILING FEES

708.1In addition to the requirements of Chapter 1 (General Provisions) of the Act (D.C. Official Code § 29-102.13(d) (2011 Repl.)):
(a) The request for a refund shall be made within sixty (60) calendar days from the date of payment; or

(b) The request for a refund shall be made within sixty (60) calendar days from the date of DCRA’s rejection notification.

708.2The Superintendent shall retain all fees not requested within sixty (60) calendar days from the date of payment or date of the Superintendent’s rejection letter.
