715.1In addition to the requirements of Chapter 1 (General Provisions) of the Act (D.C. Official Code § 29-101.01 et seq. (2011 Repl.)), a nonregistered foreign entity or non-filing domestic entity filing a statement designating a registered agent shall include the entity’s principal address.
