Section 17-737. BUSINESS CORPORATIONS: DISSOLUTION BY INCORPORATORS OR INITIAL DIRECTORS

737.1In addition to the requirements of Chapter 3 (Business Corporations) of the Act (D.C. Official Code § 29-301.01 et seq. (2011 Repl.)), a majority of the incorporators or initial directors of a corporation may dissolve the corporation if:
(a) The incorporators or initial directors have not filed a biennial report by the deadline; and
(b) The corporation is in good standing in the District before filing its articles of dissolution with the Superintendent.
