Section 17-740. NONPROFIT CORPORATIONS: AMENDING ARTICLES OF AMENDMENT

740.1A nonprofit corporation shall not use the articles of amendment to amend:

(a) The registered agent on record;

(b) The name of incorporators; or

(c) The address of incorporators.
