Section 17-751. LIMITED COOPERATIVE ASSOCIATIONS: AMENDMENT OR RESTATEMENT OF ARTICLES OF ORGANIZATION

751.1 A limited cooperative association shall not use the amended articles, restated articles of organization, or articles of merger to amend:

(a) The registered agent on record;

(b) The name of organizers; or

(c) The address of organizers.
