Section 17-7601. TERM OF LICENSE

7601.1A license issued pursuant to this chapter shall be effective for not more than two years and shall expire at 12:00 midnight on January 31st of each odd-numbered year. The Director of the Department of Health may establish a different term and expiration date, by rule.
