Section 18-1103. OFFENSES RELATED TO INSPECTION STICKERS

1103.1No person shall make, issue, or knowingly use any imitation or counterfeit of an official inspection sticker.

1103.2No person shall display or cause or permit to be displayed on any vehicle any approved inspection sticker knowing, or having reason to believe, that the sticker is fictitious, was procured without mechanical inspection, or was issued for another motor vehicle or trailer.

1103.3No person, other than the Director, shall remove or cause to be removed any inspection sticker attached to a motor vehicle by the Director under the provisions of this title.
