Section 18-1311. DURATION OF COMMERCIAL DRIVER LICENSE

    1311.1The commercial driver license shall be valid for an eight (8) year period.

     

    1311.2The Director, or his or her designee, may modify the duration of the commercial driver license to comply with any provision of this chapter.

     

    1311.3Any endorsement issued pursuant to this chapter shall not expire before the date that the license expires.
