1326.1Every applicant for a commercial driver license or commercial learner permit shall pay a non-refundable fee, payable to the D.C. Treasurer, for the following transactions:

1326.2Commercial Learner Permit shall include all knowledge tests and one (1) skills retest.
1326.3Commercial Learner Permit shall be renewable once, after which the holder shall reapply.
