Section 18-1500. GENERAL PROVISIONS

1500.1There is established a passenger bus service to provide a network of fixed-route bus services within the District of Columbia, to be known as the DC Circulator.

1500.2The purpose of the DC Circulator is to relieve transportation congestion and improve the mobility of residents, workers, and tourists.
