Section 18-2303. RIGHT-OF-WAY IN CROSSWALKS

    2303.1[REPEALED].

     

    2303.2No pedestrian shall suddenly leave a curb, safety platform, safety zone, loading platform, or other designated place of safety and walk or turn into the path of a vehicle which is so close that it is impossible for the driver to yield.

     

    2303.3No pedestrian shall cross a roadway intersection diagonally unless authorized by official traffic control devices.

     

    2303.4When authorized to cross diagonally, pedestrians shall cross only in accordance with the official traffic control devices pertaining to such crossing movements.
