Section 18-3008. REQUESTS FOR HEARINGS

3008.1A person may request an in-person hearing to adjudicate a parking, moving, or automated traffic enforcement violation in accordance with provisions of the District of Columbia Traffic Adjudication Act of 1978, effective September 12, 1978 (D.C. Law 2-104; D.C. Official Code § 50-2301.01 et seq.)

3008.2[REPEALED]

3008.3For moving violations, other than an automated traffic enforcement violation, the officer who issued the Notice of Infraction shall be summoned by Adjudication Services only in cases where the person denies liability.
