Section 18-3015. APPEAL FEE

3015.1A fee of ten dollars ($ 10) must be paid at the time an appeal is filed, unless waived by the Director or his or her authorized agent in cases of extreme hardship. This fee shall be refunded to any appellant who is successful in an appeal.

3015.2No notice of appeal will be accepted for filing by the Appeals Board unless accompanied by the appeal fee, except in those cases where the fee has been waived.
