Section 18-3019. DETERMINATIONS OF APPEALS

3019.1The Appeals Board shall issue a determination in the form of a letter sent by ordinary mail to the appellant.

3019.2At the discretion of the Appeals Board or the Chairperson of the Appeals Board, an order staying a revocation or suspension of a driver’s permit may be issued at any time in the interest of justice pending the final determination of the appeal.

3019.3The Chairperson of the Appeals Board may issue a final determination when the appeal is dismissed pursuant to § 3014.11 or § 3017.7.

3019.4The determination of the Appeals Board shall be the final review within the Department.
