3100.1These regulations set out the conditions under which the Director of the Department of Public Works ("DPW") (or his or her designee) will ask the Chief Financial Officer to issue a refund to a person who paid a civil penalty, and any applicable booting, towing and storage fees imposed pursuant to section 6 of An Act for the suppression of prostitution in the District of Columbia (Act), effective April 24, 2007 (D.C. Law 16-306; D.C. Official Code § 22- 2724(f))(2008 Supp.).
