Section 18-4029. BICYCLE USE OF SIDEWALK AREAS

4029.1The riding of bicycles is prohibited on sidewalks within the Central Business District, as defined in this title, except on the streets listed in this subsection.

4029.2The riding of bicycles on sidewalks is permitted outside of the Central Business District, except on those streets listed in this subsection.
