Section 19-1520. URBAN APICULTURE: GENERAL PROVISIONS

 

1520.1No person shall keep a colony of bees in the District unless the colony is registered annually with the Department of Energy and Environment (Department).

 

1520.2A person may keep a colony in the District if the colony is established and maintained in a manner consistent with the provisions of this chapter.

 

1520.3A fee shall be assessed per apiary.
