Section 19-1526. URBAN APICULTURE: COLONY DISPOSITION

1526.1A colony shall be selected from honey bee stock bred for gentleness.
1526.2The possession of Africanized bees is prohibited.
1526.3A beekeeper shall promptly re-queen the colony with a marked queen if the colony exhibits unusual aggressive characteristics, such as unprovoked stinging or excessive swarming.
