Section 19-2113. REFEREE’S INSPECTION

2113.1The referee shall inspect the bandages and the gloves of each contestant to ensure that no grease or other foreign substance has been applied thereto.

2113.2The referee shall ensure that each contestant is wearing a protective cup and mouthpiece.
