Section 19-2120. INTENTIONAL LOSSES

2120.1If the referee determines that one or both of the contestants are attempting to lose the contest, the referee shall stop the contest and notify each contestant involved that the contestant’s purse will be withheld pending a final decision as to whether the purse is forfeited.
