Section 19-2708. GENERAL PROVISIONS

2708.1The Board may amend or repeal these By-Laws or adopt new By-Laws by a majority vote of the members at any meeting.

2708.2All books, records and accounts shall be open to inspection by members in the manner and to the extent required by law.

2708.3All checks, drafts, and other orders for payment of money, notes, or other evidences of indebtedness issued in the name of or payable to the Commission shall be signed or endorsed by such person(s) and in such manner as shall be determined from time to time by resolution of the Board.
2708.4The fiscal year of the Commission shall begin each year on the first day of October and shall end on the last day of September of such year.
