Section 19-3104. NO SMOKING SIGNS

3104.1The Commission shall post or cause to be posted inside the D.C. National Guard Armory, signs that read, “No Smoking” and that clearly state that violators will be ejected from the premises.

3104.2Signs shall be posted so as to be visible to the public at each entrance to the D.C. National Guard Armory and also throughout the interior of the D.C. National Guard Armory in sufficient number so as to give notice to the public.
