Section 19-3201. RESPONSIBILITY

3201.1The ultimate responsibility for responding to requests for records of the Commission is vested in the executive director.

3201.2The Commission executive director may designate an individual as the information officer of the Commission and may delegate to that individual the authority to grant and deny requests.
