Section 19-3401. ADMINISTRATION

3401.1The Executive Director, or his/her designee, shall have the authority and responsibility, consistent with the provisions of this chapter, to administer the provisions hereof.

3401.2The Executive Director may adopt procedures and guidelines, consistent with this chapter, for the implementation of these provisions.
