Section 19-3404. EMPLOYMENT AGENCIES AND TEMPORARY HELP SERVICE

3404.1The Commission shall not pay fees for services of private agencies in recruiting for permanent staff positions, other than advertising fees.

3404.2The Commission may use temporary help services to assist during periods of heavy workload, to substitute for absent employees, or to work on projects of limited duration.
