Section 19-3412. HEALTH AND LIFE INSURANCE

3412.1The provisions of chapter 89 of Title 5 of the U.S. Code are made applicable to all Commission employees, except those specifically excluded by law or regulation. Procedures established for administering the health benefits program within the District government shall be consistent with applicable law and regulations.

3412.2The provisions of chapter 87 of Title 5 of the U.S. Code are made applicable to all Commission employees, except those specifically excluded by law or regulation. Procedures established for administering the life insurance benefits program within the District government shall be consistent with applicable law and regulations.
