Section 19-4304. GOVERNMENT COST ESTIMATE

4304.1The Library shall develop an independent cost estimate for all requirements for supplies, services and construction totaling in excess of one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000).

4304.2The government cost estimate shall be realistic based on the requirement and not on the budget and shall not be disclosed to anyone outside the Library.
