Section 19-4318. COST OR PRICING DATA

4318.1The CCO may require the submission of cost or pricing data for contracts estimated in excess of five hundred fifty thousand dollars ($550,000).

4318.2The CCO shall develop procedures for the submission and evaluation of cost or pricing data in the Library procurement manual.
