Section 19-4349. COST ESTIMATE FOR ARCHITECT-ENGINEEER CONTRACTS

4349.1An independent Library estimate of the cost of architect-engineer services shall be prepared by or under the direction of the CCO before commencing negotiations in accordance with Section 4304 for each proposed contract or contract modification estimated to exceed one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000).

4349.2Access to information concerning the Library estimate shall be limited to Library personnel whose official duties require knowledge of the estimate. The overall amount of the Library's estimate shall not be disclosed except as permitted by this section.
