Section 19-503. DOCTORS AND EMPLOYEES: CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION

503.1No Director or employee shall use or disclose confidential or non-public information gained in the course of official duties in any way that could result in financial gain for himself or herself or any other person.

503.2No Director or employee shall disclose confidential or non-public information to any prospective or actual bidder in connection with the award of any contract or otherwise act in any manner that may tend to corrupt the contract award process.
