Section 19-715. DEPARTMENT OF RECREATION BUILDINGS AND GROUNDS

715.1All activities conducted or permitted by the Department on areas or in buildings under its jurisdiction shall be under the control and direction of the Director of the Department of Parks and Recreation.

715.2The Department may grant to civic associations and other responsible organizations the use of areas or buildings in accordance with the provisions of this chapter; provided, that a representative of the Department may be present at any meeting of the organization in the school or recreation building.
