Section 19-728. RESPONSIBILITY FOR USE OF FACILITIES AND EQUIPMENT

728.1An organization or individual to whom a permit is issued for the use of a facility shall exercise the utmost care of public property and make good any damage that may arise from the use.

728.2The permit and special services section shall be responsible for the loan of athletic equipment, costumes, and song sheets, and for other special services to organizations and groups.
