Section 19-902. VACANCY IN THE OFFICES OF PRESIDENT OR VICE-PRESIDENT

902.1A vacancy in the office of President shall be filled by the Vice President for the remainder of the term.

902.2A vacancy in the office of Vice President shall be filled at a regular meeting, or at a special meeting called for the purpose, by election, pursuant to the requirements of § 906.3.
