Section 19-906. QUORUM AND VOTING

    906.1Five (5) members of the Board shall constitute a quorum for the lawful convening of any meeting and for the transaction of business of the Board, except that a lesser number may hold hearings.

     

    906.2Except as provided in § 906.3, the decisions of the Board shall be taken by a simple majority of votes cast by those present and voting at a meeting.

     

    906.3Five (5) votes in favor are required for the election of the President and the Vice President of the Board, and for the appointment of the Director. Six (6) votes in favor are required for the removal of the Director for cause. Five (5) votes in favor are required for adoption of amendments to rules and regulations of the Board.
