Section 19-909. ORDER AND CONDUCT OF BUSINESS

    909.1The order of business at regular meetings of the Board shall be as follows:

     

    (a) Call of the roll;

     

    (b) Approval of the minutes;

     

    (c)Reports of officers;

     

    (d)Reports of standing committees;

     

    (e) Reports of special committees;

     

    (f)Report of the Director;

     

    (g) Unfinished business;

     

    (h)New business; and

     

    (i)Expressions from the audience.

     

    909.2In conducting its business the Board shall follow the latest edition of Robert’s Rules of Order in all matters not covered by these rules.

     

    909.3The President of the Board may appoint a Parliamentarian on the basis of pertinent experience and other qualifications. The Parliamentarian shall serve at the President’s pleasure.
