Section 20-205. NEW SOURCE PERFORMANCE STANDARDS

205.1A person shall not construct, modify, or operate or cause to be constructed, modified, or operated a New Source Performance Standard (NSPS) source which results or will result in violations of the provisions of 40 CFR Part 60, as in effect on September 30, 1997, with the terms used and defined in those provisions.
