Section 20-2515. PESTICIDE EDUCATION REPORTING

2515.1The University of the District of Columbia (University) shall prepare and submit a report to the Council on or before January, 1, 2015, assessing the effectiveness of the District’s pesticide programs. The University shall prepare and submit a new report by January 1 of each subsequent calendar year assessing the effectiveness of the District’s pesticide programs. The report shall include:
(a)An assessment of attitudinal changes of District residents toward pesticide use;
(b)An assessment of changes in the cost of pest management in the District; and
(c)An assessment of changes in the number of pesticides registered and used in the District.
