Section 20-2518. PESTICIDE REGISTRATION FEES AND TERMS

2518.1 The registration for each pesticide registered pursuant to §§ 2202 and 2203 shall be issued for a period of one (1) year, beginning on January 1 and expiring on December 31.
2518.2 The annual registration fee for each pesticide shall be two hundred and fifty dollars ($250), payable to the District Department of the Environment.
2518.3If the renewal of a pesticide registration is not filed before January 31 of any year, an additional fee equal in amount to the registration fee shall be assessed and added to the original fee, and shall be paid by the applicant before the registration renewal for that pesticide shall be issued.
