Section 20-2712. INTERFERENCE WITH MEASUREMENT

    2712.1It shall be unlawful for any person to refuse, prevent, or interfere with any lawful physical determination or measurement authorized by the Act; Provided, that the provisions of § 2712.2 are complied with.

     

    2712.2No District government officer or employee shall enter any privately owned premise for the purpose of making a lawful, physical determination or measurement authorized by the Act without permission of the resident or a person in the premise, or without a valid search warrant.
