Section 20-306. ACID RAIN PROGRAM

306.1The requirements of 40 CFR parts 72 and 75, as in effect on September 30, 1997, are hereby adopted by reference for purposes of implementing an acid rain program that meets the requirements of title IV of the Clean Air Act, with the terms used and defined, except that the term "permitting authority" shall mean "Director".

306.2If the provisions or requirements of 40 CFR parts 72 or 75 conflict with or are not included in regulations in this chapter, the part 72 and 75 provisions and requirements shall apply and take precedence.
