Section 20-3211. INSPECTION

    3211.1The Department may inspect or investigate the business practices of any person that it has reason to believe is licensed in accordance with this chapter, holding themselves out as an indoor mold assessment or remediation professional, or performing work that shall only be performed by an indoor mold assessment or remediation professional.

     

    3211.2The Department, upon presenting proper identification, shall have the right to enter at all reasonable times any area or environment, including, but not limited to, any containment area, building, construction site, storage, or office area, or vehicle to review and copy records or question any person for the purpose of ensuring compliance with this chapter.

     

    3211.3If a person denies access to the Department acting pursuant to the authority of the Act or this chapter, the Department may apply for an administrative search warrant in a court of competent jurisdiction, in addition to other actions authorized by law and regulations.
