Section 20-3600. SCOPE - ENERGY ASSISTANCE AND CONSERVATION PROGRAMS

 

3600This chapter provides the purposes, process, eligibility criteria, benefit and payment guidance, and appeal procedures for the Department’s various programs that provide energy assistance, weatherization, energy conservation, or other energy services.
