Section 20-6210. UPPER CONCENTRATION LIMITS FOR GROUNDWATER

6210.1The Upper Concentration Limits (UCL) for benzene in ground water at a site contaminated by an underground storage tank shall be fifteen parts per million (15 ppm) or 15,000 parts per billion (15,000 ppb).

6210.2The Director shall establish UCLs for other chemicals of concern in ground water.
