Section 20-6609. APPEALS

6609.1Any person adversely affected or aggrieved by a final compliance order, cease and desist order or other administrative order issued pursuant to this chapter and § 10 of the Act may appeal the action by filing a petition for review in the D.C. Court of Appeals.

6609.2The appeal shall be filed in conformity with the rules of the District of Columbia Court of Appeals.

6609.3The filing of a petition for review shall not in itself stay enforcement of the final order or decision.
